心理契约的研究对于推进组织形成和谐的劳动关系、完善人力资源战略、制定薪酬福利政策、改进招聘及培训等都有指导意义。从以下6个方面对国内外心理契约的研究进行了综述:心理契约的概念提出及其发展、心理契约的内容、心理契约的维度、心理契约违背、心理契约相关变量、心理契约的测量。在对国内外心理契约的相关文献进行回顾和评述的基础上,指出现有研究的不足和对未来研究的展望。
