牙周鲁菲尼神经末梢是牙周膜内的一种低阈值慢适应力感受器，具有典型的形态特征。在牙周鲁菲尼 神经末梢的发育、再生和改建中，神经营养因子及其受体起关键性作用，牙周组织中的终末神经膜细胞也可能 参与其中。咬合关系变化和正畸移动力等牙周力环境的改变，可引起牙周鲁菲尼神经末梢的形态和功能改变。 本文就其形态学特征及其与神经营养因子、终末神经膜细胞、力环境改变的关系等研究进展作一综述。
