白细胞介素33（interleukin-33，IL-33）作为IL-1细胞因子家族的一个新成员，可以通过作用肥大细胞或Th2型细胞而发挥生物学功能。IL-33能诱导T细胞向Th2方向分化，激活肥大细胞、树突状细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞，增加相应细胞因子的表达，从而在机体的炎症性疾病和寄生虫感染造成的病理损伤中发挥重要作用。该文对IL-33作用的靶细胞及其在寄生虫感染免疫中的作用进行综述。
