沟通是危机管理的中心内容。风险沟通对于促进事件处理、告知公众真相、增强政府威信、疏导公众情绪、维护社会稳定具有很大的作用。将风险沟通理论引入到养老保险支付风险管理中，从预防沟通、应急沟通和善后处理三方面讨论了我国养老保险发展过程中的风险沟通思路。

残疾人社会保障的完善，是人类文明发展和社会进步的一个重要标志。随着经济和社会的发展，残疾人人权和社会保障越来越受到我国乃至国际社会的关注。本文比较了美国、英国、德国、瑞典、日本五个国家在残疾人社会保障方面的规定及实践，包括法律支持、福利补贴及保险、医疗康复、无障碍服务、教育支持、就业保障等方面，通过国外经验的阐述及比较，总结出对我国残疾人社会保障建设的一些启示。
