国际智能交通2007年1月19日讯：生活在北京的男女老少们一直笼罩在“首堵”的阴影中。近日，北京航空航天大学与北京市交通委联合研制的一项智能交通技术面世，该技术将为缓解北京“首堵”困局。据了解，这项由北京航空航天大学和北京市交通委共同合作研制出的浮动车交通信息采集、处理和发布系统，可以提供动态的数字式路况信息，为出行者规划出最佳的行驶路线，将为京城市民设计出一条不堵路。
