为探讨用异丙酚后行负压吸引人工流产术对宫颈扩张的难易程度、人流综合征的发病率等。方法：采用异丙酚静脉麻醉和用地卡因宫颈局部涂抹后行人工流产手术进行对照观察。结果：使用异丙酚后宫颈易扩张、止痛效果好、人流综合征发生率低。结论：用异丙酚后行负压吸引人工流产术适合推广应用。
