据韩国《中央新闻》网站报道,韩国基础科学研究院研究团队开发出了可以精确甄选出MYBPC3基因链条并将其剪断的基因剪刀,可用于治疗肥厚型心肌病。韩国研究团队改变以往仅对受精卵注入基因剪刀的方式,将精子和基因剪刀同时注入给了卵子。这一研究可以将父母一方突变基因遗传给胚芽的概率从原来的50%降低到27.6%,而且错误概率非常小。目前该项技术已刊登在国际性学术杂志《自然》8月3日的网络版上。
