近日，浙江大学出版社编制出台《学术著作出版规范》，针对学术著作出版的过程，对书稿的格式、要素、流程和版式等方面提出明确要求。据了解，这是我国出版社出台的第一部学术著作出版规范，将于2012年4月1日起在浙大出版社试行。
探讨了直面中国实践的管理研究的基本问题，诸如问题的缘由、学术背景、致用的内涵、指导思想、当前差距等，对在我国反思和开展基于中国实践的管理研究极具启发。
方差估计是抽样调查的重要组成部分，重抽样方法是常用的方差估计方法。重权数方法与重抽样方法类似，也是利用计算机的优势通过重复获得大量不同的子样本的重权数估计目标参数的估计量和方差估计量，是一种稳健、通用、有效的方差估计方法。本文主要介绍重权数在复杂抽样调查的方差计算中的理论和应用。
