探讨正念减压疗法对于肺癌化疗患者心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法：将168例肺癌化疗患者随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组给予肺癌化疗常规治疗及护理，观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上进行正念减压疗法干预，于干预前及干预结束时分别对两组患者进行焦虑、抑郁及睡眠质量评分。

了解我国成年居民心理健康状况及其影响因素，为促进居民心理健康提供参考依据。 方法 使用2014年中国家庭追踪调查项目（CFPS）的数据，以其中28 666名 ≥ 18岁居民为研究对象，采用二分类logistic回归模型，从社会人口、身体健康状况、社会经济水平以及健康相关行为4个方面探讨我国成年居民心理健康的影响因素。
