本文首先分析了《城市公共交通分类标准》自2007年10月实施以来,我国城市客运行业,特别是公共交通行业的发展形势和特点,然后针对《城市公共交通分类标准》的主要内容,依次分析了其与现行法规政策的适应性、与行业发展现状的适用性、与低碳交通(节能减排)的适应性等。最后提出了对策建议。
